STS is the principal trainer and founder of STS Academia, where he delivers training and consultancy in Infection Control, Quality Improvement, and Patient Safety for healthcare organizations in Singapore and the region.

His professional background includes more than a decade as the Chief Infection Control Officer for a leading private hospital group, where he also lectured at the organization’s hospital college. Additionally, he served for 10 years as an Adjunct Lecturer with Flinders University’s Master of Health Administration program in Singapore.

With a strong foundation in both operational practice and adult learning, he is dedicated to supporting healthcare teams in strengthening safety culture, improving care standards, and applying evidence-based practices in their daily work.
